Reports are coming in that due to an administrative error boxed retail versions of XBox One have been shipped 2 weeks before release to a small number of pre-order customers.
As seen below Target confirms the mistake
One Youtube channel posted an un-boxing video and of course Microsoft has responded by taking them down for copyright issues.
